Checkout process

  • CHECKOUT PROCESS

  • When you click the VIEW CART button, you can change any of the quantities of the products selected and then also click the “Update quantities” button.
  • An order can be placed as a registered user or a guest.
  • The history and order status can be monitored at any time for registered costumers under “My Account”.
  • All the information about the order is also sent to your email address.

1. YOUR ORDER IS WAITING
After placing your order, you receive an email with your order details. You can always check the status and content of your order under the tab “My account” on our website.

2. YOUR ORDER IS BEING PROCESSED
Your order is further processed and it gets the status: „in the processing“. We will check the availability of products and will either confirm or deny the order with a reason. We are doing everything to update all the products in stock at our online shop. Despite we are doing our best, there is a possibility of mistakes, because of the uniqueness of our products.  If we will not be able to provide it, we will to refund the purchase money.

3. YOUR ORDER IS FINISHED
We dispatch the product after we receive payment through pro forma invoice. You are informed about your dispatched product by an email. When the product is dispatched, the order gets the status „finished“. Your receipt is included in your parcel.

Jana Trade d.o.o.(Company) bills you through an online billing account for purchases of products or bank wire transfer. You agree to pay Company all charges at the prices then in effect for the products you or other persons using your billing account may purchase, and you authorize Company to charge your chosen payment provider for any such purchases. Company reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. Products purchased or otherwise provided through the Website, including samples and gift items, are for personal use only and are not for resale. All purchases are subject to Company policies and procedures relating to processing, shipping and handling, returns and exchanges set forth in this Agreement and on the Website.
